PAULA KELLY IS 2010 HOTHOUSE AWARD RECIPIENT

Winnipeg filmmaker Paula Kelly is winner of the first ever Manitoba Film Hothouse Award. This award includes $10,000 in cash and $5,000 in production services designed to support a local director for the development of new major work.
