Zacharias Kunuk Workshop and Screening
Zacharias Kunuk, director of Atanarjuat (The Fast Runner), will be coming into Winnipeg on March 4-5, 2017 to screen his new feature film Maliglutit (Searcher) and to have one-on-one feedback sessions with Indigenous filmmakers.

3D: The New Dimension (Feb 17 & 18, 2017)
Although since the advent of Digital 3D it has typically been used as a gimmick in Hollywood blockbuster films, some of the most innovative experimenters of the cinematic form have been pushing 3D in new directions. With the recent installation of a state of the art 3D digital system in Cinematheque, we present some mind-bending explorations including one historic classic.
