Paying for an Allegiant seat was easy, but the reservation now shows no seat assignment even though the card charge is there. Check-in is getting closer, so repurchasing it feels risky. The real question is whether support can reattach the seat using the payment record. Did anyone have this happen, and was the seat restored without another charge? I would rather resolve it before check-in opens. That would avoid paying twice for the same seat.

Paid seat selections are easiest to resolve when the reservation and card charge can be matched to the same booking. I’d keep the confirmation code, seat purchase receipt, flight number, and charged amount together before reaching support. The goal is to restore the existing selection rather than purchase another seat unnecessarily. With the charge already visible, allegiant air phone number works as a route for support staff to match the seat purchase with the reservation and restore the assignment. A confirmation before check-in gives the traveler a clear seat status without paying twice. If the original seat is unavailable, support can describe the closest equivalent option tied to the existing charge.

Paid seat selections are definitely worth matching to the booking before buying anything again. Confirmation code, receipt, flight number, and charged amount give support a clear trail. The goal should be restoring what was already purchased, not creating a second charge.
