Five titles from the Winnipeg Film Group catalogue have been selected to screen at Dawson City International Short Film Festival, which will be taking place in the Yukon from April 13-16, 2017.
Eric Plamondon’s short gay romance, and the moon rose in their eyes, will make its debut outside of Winnipeg at DCISFF. Two short documentaries, A Tennis Story by Tyson Caron and Kristin Snowbird’s SWEAT, are also included in the program, as are two award-winning animations: Alain Delannoy’s “THE TALK” TRUE STORIES ABOUT THE BIRDS & THE BEES and Amanda Strong’s Four Faces of the Moon.
DCISFF is organized by the Klondike Institute of Art and Culture and takes place every year over Easter weekend. This year’s entire line-up can be viewed here.
