Join Winnipeg Film Group’s Production Programs Manager, Dylan Baillie, on October 8 for a free virtual workshop all about the Manitoba Film & Music (MFM) Post/Production Fund! Getting a project across the finish line is no small feat, and this session is designed to help WFG members access vital support to fund their next narrative, experimental, documentary, or hybrid film.
The MFM Post/Production Fund provides up to $2,000 in cash and up to $2,000 in Winnipeg Film Group services. While the fund is primarily geared toward post-production, production applications are also welcome for artists who have directed or created at least one prior independent project. During this workshop, Dylan will walk you through the submission guidelines, what makes a strong application, and how to best utilize both the cash and service awards to support your vision.
Whether you’re gearing up for a shoot or deep into the editing process, this session will give you the tools you need to apply with confidence.
