*Note: This in-person workshop is limited to 12 participants. While masks are no longer required to be worn in indoor public spaces in Manitoba, individuals are recommended to wear a mask in our Production Centre.
This 2-day hands on workshop led by cinematographer Josh Marr will give you the requisite training to successfully use the WFG’s Bolex 16mm cameras. Users who finish this workshop can rent these cameras for use in their film productions. Please note you must be a member with a production add on to rent equipment at the WFG.
Topics to be covered:
Participants will get a chance to shoot a test roll during the workshop and will leave with a test roll of their own and one additional rental of a Bolex to shoot that roll. developing and scans will be at individuals expense.

The Winnipeg Film Group reserves the right to cancel any course where the minimum registration has not been met. Anyone registered for a course that has been cancelled is eligible for a full refund, Cancelled course fees may also be used towards any other Winnipeg Film Group training programs.
