Freeze Frame streams WFG-distributed short film on Louis Riel Day!

We are pleased to announce that Tara Audibert’s short animation, The Importance of Dreaming, distributed by the Winnipeg Film Group will stream for free on Monday February 21.

Freeze Frame is presenting Snowtime! a 3-D animated adaptation of the beloved Canadian film The Dog Who Stopped the War, for your family to enjoy on Louis Riel Day. The movie will be available to residents of Manitoba, free of charge, all day on February 21st, 2022.

Also available is the short Canadian animation The Importance of Dreaming, directed by Tara Audibert, a multidisciplinary artist & film maker with 20+ years experience in animation, comics and fine art. Tara combines Traditional First Nations Art and Storytelling with contemporary design and digital mediums.

Synopsis: The forbidden love between an Owl and a Fox drives them away from friends and family as they search for happiness together.
