Night Two | October 3, 2021 at 7pm

The 48 Film Festival presents the 2021 Winnipeg Encore Screening. Brand new Manitoba shorts, witten, shot, edited, scored and produced in 48 hours! This year we will host two separate screenings – a Live Stream of 36 films: (Night One) featuring 18 films on Saturday, October 2nd at 7pm and (Night Two) featuring 18 films on Sunday, October 3rd at 7pm. There’s something for everyone: romance, action, thrillers, horror, sci-fantasy, experimental, artistic and puppets!

The 48 Film Fest – Filmocracy (Post-Screening) Mixers

Night Two | October 3, 2021 at 8:30pm

We will host a FREE online mixer via. the Filmocracy events platform – providing all filmmakers a chance to briefly talk about their films and virtually network with all in attendance. An awards ceremony closes out the two day event on Sunday, including the award for Audience Choice – everyone in attendance will have a chance to vote. our location

We’re located in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District in the Artspace building. We are across the street from Old Market Square at the corner of Arthur Street and Bannatyne - one block west of Main.

The Winnipeg Film Group is located on Treaty 1 Territory and on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene Peoples and in the homeland of the Métis Nation. We offer our respect and gratitude to the traditional caretakers of this land.
