Hollywood Golden Gala

SUN, MAR 2 / 5 pm

The gala begins between 4 & 5 PM where you will experience celebrity status on the red carpet. Dressed in your best formal attire a bevy of photographers will ask you to pose for them and reporters will want to interview you. Next, join our spectacular cocktail party featuring an open bar and canapés by acclaimed chef Darryl Crumb, owner of Totwheels. Enjoy a refreshing Farmery Estate premium lager as you fill out your Oscar ballot for a chance to win some fabulous prizes. Finally, enjoy the 86th Annual Academy Awards in Cinematheque and be entertained by our celebrity host during commercial breaks. It will be a night to remember!

Our top prize is a DELUXE GOLF PACKAGE FOR FOUR at Netley Creek Golf & Country Club, including 18 holes of golf with shared cart (good any day or time in the 2014 golf season), four breakfasts or daily lunch specials: a total prize valued at $450!

The Winnipeg Film Group is an artist-run education, production, exhibition and distribution centre committed to promoting the art of cinema.
our location

We’re located in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District in the Artspace building. We are across the street from Old Market Square at the corner of Arthur Street and Bannatyne - one block west of Main.

The Winnipeg Film Group is located on Treaty 1 Territory and on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene Peoples and in the homeland of the Métis Nation. We offer our respect and gratitude to the traditional caretakers of this land.
