This debut film from Winnipeg-based emerging director and producer MC de Natividad follows de Natividad, who immigrated to Winnipeg from the Philippines at four-years-old, on her journey to reclaim her lost language and identity. The film also features prominent Filipino Winnipegers, such as Member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba Malaya Marcelino and community leader Perla Javate, who share their insights regarding the issues surrounding language loss within the Filipino community.
