VOLUNTEER CREDITS
As a member of the Winnipeg Film Group you have the opportunity to volunteer with the WFG or at the WFG's Cinematheque. We strongly value the role of our many volunteers - be it for technical support, development work, supporting special events, office duties and many other activities.
Any member in good standing
with membership fees paid-in-full, can accumulate volunteer credits and use
them towards the rental of equipment, or facilities. Volunteer activities are
credited at $12 / hour to a maximum of
$1000 / year. (note: equipment and
facility rentals are subject to access policies, demonstration of competency
may be required) Credits can also be
transferred to other WFG Members whose memberships are in good standing
Note: Unused volunteer credits expire one year after being accumulated, or once membership has lapsed (whichever is earlier).
