Joining the experimental filmmaking workshops on America's 233rd birthday, participants will learn how to tint and tone on scavenged Super8 and 16mm film footage.

About the Instructors:
MIKE MARYNIUK is a product of the hand-processing workshop. He has made 6 films in the class, using a wide variety of techniques. His films have played in Italy, Germany, the U.K., Switzerland, S. Korea, and the U.S.
JOHN KAPITANY, photographer/cinematographer, has acted as Director of Photography on several independent films and has taught numerous classes at the Winnipeg Film Group.
VICTORIA PRINCE is a multi-disciplined artist whose main passions are writing, directing and producing film/video art. Her films excel in stop-motion animation, puppetry, scratch and paint animation. Victoria’s work has been shown locally, nationally and internationally.
