PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
The Winnipeg Film Group maintains a film and video equipment rentals program as a means of supporting independent film production in Winnipeg and Manitoba. We also support the needs of other arts and non-profit organizations within the community.
Individuals and organizations wishing to access our production and post production equipment and facilities rentals program must be a WFG Basic User Member or WFG Full User Member to access equipment in our organization (refer to our membership page for more information).
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made in person during our regular office hours, or by phone or email. Booking in advance is always optimal, as we have limited equipment available.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ASSISTANCE
As per our rentals policy, the use of WFG equipment or facilites is a form of assistance that our organization provides filmmakers / video artists, and as such the Winnipeg Film Group must be acknowledged in the credits of any film or video production receiving such assistance. Our logo is available for download for this purpose.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that while we post commercial rates, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for commercial projects. We encourage people working on commercial or industrial projects to seek equipment from one of the many commercial equipment houses in Winnipeg.
