Video artist Luc Bourdon, winner of the Bell Canada Award from the Canada Council in 1998,  has assembled a stunning film portrait of Montreal composed entirely of very rare film excerpts from classic NFB films from the 1950’s and 60’s. MEMORIES OF ANGELS is poetry, history, and documentary in a brilliantly edited montage.
