Brenda Longfellow will introduce a series of exceptional short films she has curated, based on feminist filmmaking practices. Works featured include Kara Blake's The Delian Mode, Alexandra Grimanis' Lucky Girl, Althea Arnaquq-Baril's Inuit High Kick, and Shazia Javed's Namrtaa. This 80 minute program of shors reveals the excellent independent work being accomplished by women filmmakers in Canada.
