BOLEX EXPERIMENT

Program Overview
The Winnipeg Film Group's Bolex Experiment is a program designed to provide filmmakers with the resources to make a 1 to 3 minute film, while experimenting with the Bolex camera. There are FIVE awards available yearly.
The selection process for this program is made by LOTTERY; all eligible projects will be entered into the draw.
The award includes:
- 2 x 100 ft rolls of colour Kodak negative film
- Processing and standard definition transfer at Technicolour
- $250 in services from the Winnipeg Film Group (ie: Bolex camera, tripod, lights, etc.)
- All shipping and tape stock for transfer
Selected participants MUST adhere to the following timelines in order to be eligible to access the award components:
- November 3, 2008 - Applicants chosen
- February 1, 2009 - Applicants to drop off exposed film for processing
- May 1, 2009 - Screening of final projects
