The Winnipeg Film Group was founded in 1974 and is a charitable, artist-run organization dedicated to promoting the art of cinema. 

We have served as a resource for Manitoba filmmakers and video artists for 36 years, providing access to affordable training, mentorship, production funding, experimentation opportunities, production and post production equipment and facilities, and local, national and international programming and distribution.
